Chef Sang Hyun Ko brings his chef career to the GO!K-BBQ with his innovative culinary ideas from his experiences.

Chef Sang, formerly Executive Chef of Jinjuu and he travelled his culinary journey starting from his childhood restaurant background. He has graduated Culinary course in Westminster Kingsway college studied classic French cuisine and he has moved on to London restaurant industry. Chef Sang has honourably been part of opening team of Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon in Fortnum & Mason, celebrating Diamond Jubilee.

He has moved on to Modern Korean cuisine in Jinjuu Soho and Jinjuu Hong Kong, creating dynamic dishes on table.
